The Legend of Meetings Well Planned

According to legend, the benefits of professional meeting and event management originated long ago in the province of Camelot.

It seems King Arthur was having less than effective meetings with his Knights.  Attendance was marginal.  Dozing (even loud snoring) was far too commonplace.  There was constant grumbling about the fare, uncomfortable conditions, less than optimum travel, and tedious agendas.

But worst of all . . . meetings accomplished little in terms of furthering the vision of the King.

But alas!  In the knick of time the Queen conceived of a plan worthy of the King's Court.  A proper meeting place, a theme & agenda that embodied their calling, and a touch of Merlin's magic launched an era of meetings that would make Knights Of The Round Table the kind of organization legends are made of.

Truth or fairy tale?  No one knows for certain.  But the magic we bring to our passion -- meeting and event management - has been compared to the creative, imaginative work of a Wizard!
